As a 10 year user of PostalMate, my favorite feature of PMTools is the Pro Invoice feature. It is so professional to hand a company an invoice for printing and/or shipping services. PM Tools has so many benefits to it. I will speak of just 3. (1) It really has cost me nothing each month I have used it. It will be 3 years this August. The CRT rental pays for the monthly PM Tools fee. (2) The CRT also brings in additional Income each month. (3) The PIMS feature for package check in has saved me $300.00 a year in fees to another provider of this service. Email notification is also a great benefit for box holders. Don VonderBurg – President & Founder

Don VonderBurg is the President and founder of VSoftwareTools, Inc., and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 47 years of experience in computer technology. He is nationally recognized for launching RepairNet.com, the first dot-com business in the Home Appliance and HVAC/R industry, which featured advanced software-driven cross-reference systems.

Don began his entrepreneurial journey in 1980, leveraging his education from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ, to grow a small family business into five locations with over $5 million in annual sales.

He has served on the Ascolta IC2E panel, helping evaluate Internet/Intranet Certified Engineer training materials for community colleges, and held leadership roles including VP of MIS at Gem Product, Inc. and MIS Manager at Johnstone Supply’s corporate office.

Don is also recognized as a Top Expert on Experts-Exchange, a global tech community.

In 2006, Don and his wife purchased Mail Room Plus in Portland, OR, where he applied his technical expertise to develop PMTools™, the flagship product of VSoftwareTools.

Duane Beaver - VP Marketing/Sales

Duane Beaver, VP of Marketing/Sales of VSoftwareTools, Inc. Duane has been a part of the Mail and Parcel Industry since 1995 as Manager-Operator of Mail Plus Chehalis. He served as Secretary National Mail & Parcel Store Networking Group NARSC-YESS, IL, with up to 300 members. Secretary - Vice President Regional Business Networking Group YESS-NW with up to 23 member locations. Duane serves as a guest service tech support during the annual carrier rate increases on location for PCSynergy, makers of PostalMate software, largest software company in the Mail and Parcel Industry.

Cheryl VonderBurg – Chief Financial Officer

Cheryl VonderBurg serves as the CFO of VSoftwareTools, Inc., bringing a strong foundation in accounting, business operations, and entrepreneurial strategy to the team. With hands-on experience as a small business owner, she understands the real-world challenges that business owners face and brings practical, common-sense insight to every aspect of the company’s operations.

Cheryl has held key financial leadership roles, including Controller for a leading restaurant design firm in Portland, OR, Controller for a financial services company in Fresno, CA, and Controller for a service station installation and repair company.

In 2006, Cheryl and her husband Don purchased Mail Room Plus in Portland, OR. There, she helped develop the early ideas that would evolve into PMTools™, applying her entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving to shape what would become VSoftwareTools’ flagship product.
Mollie Beaver - QC Director

Mollie Beaver, QC Director of VSoftwareTools, Inc. Mollie has been a part of the Mail and Parcel Industry since 1995 as Manager-Operator of Mail Plus Chehalis. Her keen eye and quick wit keeps us on our toes. Mollie has served several years as a beta tester for PCSynergy, makers of PostalMate software, largest software company in the Mail and Parcel Industry.

Alberto Gracia - Software Engineer

With over a decade of experience in software development. Since beginning his professional journey in 2012, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, applying his skills in C# .NET and Windows Forms development to build robust and business-critical applications.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Software Development, Alberto Gracia is passionate about building efficient, scalable solutions that solve real-world problems.
