PM Tools has so many benefits to it. I will speak of just 3. (1) It really has cost me nothing each month I have used it. It will be 3 years this August. The CRT rental pays for the monthly PM Tools fee. (2) The CRT also brings in additional Income each month. (3) The PIMS feature for package check in has saved me $300.00 a year in fees to another provider of this service. Email notification is also a great benefit for box holders. Don VonderBurg, President and founder of VSoftwareTools, Inc. He is nationally known for creating the first dot com business in the Home Appliance and HVAC/R Industry (RepairNet.com) which included a major software cross references. His entrepreneurial experience began in 1980 using talent gained at DeVry Institute of Technology Phoenix AZ, to successfully grow a small family business into 5 locations with annual sales of over 5 million. Don served on panel to Ascolta IC2E (Internet/Intranet Certified Engineer) evaluating teaching materials for Community Colleges. He served as VP/MIS for Gem Product, Inc. and managed the MIS team at Johnstone Supply corporate office. Over 33 years in computer technology and Top Expert in Experts-Exchange. In 2006 Don and his wife purchased Mail Room Plus in Portland OR where he applied his technological skills to create PMTools our flag ship product.

Duane serves as a guest service tech support during the annual carrier rate increases on location for PCSynergy, makers of PostalMate software, largest software company in the Mail and Parcel Industry.
Cheryl VonderBurg - CFO

Cheryl VonderBurg, CFO of VSoftwareTools. Cheryl brings a solid common sense to the VSoftwareTools team with accounting and entrepreneurial brain storming skills. In the past and present as a small business owner she understands the challenges that are encountered in the daily life cycles of business. She has served as Controller to a prominent successful restaurant designer in Portland, OR. Also Controller for a financial firm in Fresno, CA and Controller for a service station installation and repair company.

In 2006 Cheryl purchased Mail Room Plus in Portland OR where she applied her entrepreneurial skills and helped in the creative ideas that became PMTools.
